At Salman Bhai Ki Dawai, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, delivery timelines, charges, and other important shipping-related information.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. International deliveries may face customs clearance delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.

  • International Shipping: Costs are shown during checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply (see below).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking link provided.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping provider and offer either a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Provide photos of the package and the damaged/missing product(s).

  • After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in the order total at checkout.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, as required by the destination country's laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
